I ordered this outfit because we've always loved Tigger in my family, and I wanted a birthday gift for a relative. I ordered 24 month size for a first birthday because usually that's been good sizing in the family. I don't know for sure, but the hat looks really small to me for 24-month size. The shirt and pants will probably be fine, and the hat is cute. I wanted Tigger, and I got Tigger. It's not a wonderful outfit, but I expect most of it to be wearable and useful.
