I was disappointed in this dress, it was supposed to be a little surprise for my little one to wear as we welcome daddy home from a deployment training. When I got it, the little stars with balls on them are within the tule, but not attached to anything. I tried to fluff it to see if when she moves they will move, but they don't they just fall wherever and clump together. I thought about returning it, but decided I'd just go with it since there is little time to shop for something else.

My "fix" is going to be I will get her dressed and then "place" each star inside in some sort of way that is symetrical so that hopefully they get stuck that way instead of all over. I think if they floated and actually moved when she moved then the idea would be cute, but they don't. I'm surprised this got 5 stars, I did not think it was cuter in person at all, I think the design is horrible. I'll try to get a picture and post when she is is awake.
