This item came in as shown and is good quality. We ordered it for a wedding, and it was a big hit. My grandson is 20 pounds at 12 months, and the 12 month size fit him very well. Therefore, leads me to believe it might run a little small. The only suggestion I would have for the manufacturer is to make the white shirt a onesie. The shirt does not stay tucked in at all. But, you could have your child wear a white onesise shirt, and the look would be perfect. Our grandson did not wear the hat, but he looked cute without it. Overall, we were happy with this purchase.
